SCA Property Group is thrilled to share that a development application (DA) has been submitted to Lismore City Council. The development application seeks to improve the faced treatments to all frontages of Lismore Central.

The SCA Property Group Development team wanted to ensure the facade blended in with the existing environment but added additional amenity and functionality.

The proposed application will have wide overhangs designed to provide additional shelter for customers and retailers. New signage is also proposed which will improve the presentation of the centre whilst providing modern branding opportunities for key retailers.

Like many development applications these may be advertised in local newspapers and website to provide the community with an overview of the project works.

SCA Property Group is expecting to receive feedback from Lismore City Council in the coming weeks regarding their proposed application.
